What You Can Expect at Your First Visit
Here is what you and your pet can expect when you visit us for the first time.
Complete Our New Client Form
At least 24 hours before your pet’s first visit, please take a moment to fill out our New Client form. This form is essential, as it gives our team important information about you and your pet, and helps us prepare for your appointment. We recommend filling out and submitting the New Client form first, then scheduling your appointment with us.

Arrive a Little Early
Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment so we can check you in and give you and your pet time to familiarize yourselves with our space. We offer separate waiting areas in our lobby for dogs and cats.
Speak with One of Our Technicians
Once you and your pet are checked in, a technician will escort you both into an exam room. From there, they will ask some general questions about your pet’s medical history. This will help to give your vet a better initial understanding of your pet’s past and current health, and treatments.
Consult with Your Vet
After speaking with our technician, your veterinarian will step in and examine your pet from nose to tail. They will ask questions and happily answer any questions you have, and discuss potential treatment options to meet your pet’s needs.
